GCK low voltage withdrawable switch cabinet

GCK low-voltage withdrawable switch cabinet consists of two parts: power distribution center (PC) cabinet and motor control center (MCC). This device is suitable for power distribution systems with AC 50Hz-60Hz and rated working voltage 660V and below. It is widely used by power users such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, etc., for power conversion and distribution control of power distribution, reactive power compensation, motor control, lighting and other power distribution equipment.
This switch cabinet complies with the international standard IEC60439, the national standard GB7251-2005 “Low-voltage complete switchgear and control equipment” and other standards.
The device has the following obvious features

Conditions of Use

★ The ambient air temperature should not be higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours should not be higher than +35℃. ★ Atmospheric conditions, clean air, relative humidity not exceeding 50% when the maximum temperature is +40℃, higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20℃. However, it should be considered that humidity condensation may occasionally occur due to temperature changes.
★The altitude does not exceed 2000m.
★ This device is suitable for transportation and storage at the following temperatures: -25℃ to +55℃, up to +70℃ in a short period of time (not more than 24h). The device should not be subjected to these extreme temperatures. Any irreversible damage and should be able to function normally under normal conditions.
★ Should be installed in a place free from severe vibration and impact and free from corrosive substances.
★ If the above conditions of use cannot be met, the user and the manufacturer should negotiate to resolve the issue.

Cabinet structure

★The basic frame of the switch cabinet is our factory’s standard CF28 profile, which is assembled into an assembled structure through grade 8.8 high-strength self-tapping screws and has good mechanical properties. The C-shaped profile is bent from a steel plate with E=25mm module mounting holes. The structural parts of the frame are galvanized or spray-coated. According to the needs of changes in the primary circuit plan, necessary doors, sealing plates, panel mounting brackets, busbars, functional units and other components are added to form a complete switch cabinet. ★The outer dimensions of the frame and the outer dimensions of the components change according to the module. Therefore, the structural parts of this device are highly versatile and have strong applicability. They can meet the changes in the plan with only a few outer dimensions and a small amount of length changes. need. And it can meet the requirements of cables going in and out, going in and out, going in and out, and going in and out. ★The front and rear of this device are open doors to facilitate maintenance behind the cabinet. Each cabinet is divided into three rooms, namely the horizontal busbar room (top of the cabinet), functional unit room (front of the cabinet) and cable room (rear of the cabinet) , the rooms are separated from each other by steel plates, and the upper and lower chambers are separated by metal plates with ventilation holes, which effectively prevents accidents caused by arcing and short circuits of busbars or other lines due to component failures.

The functional units are designed to be fixed and separated. The functional units are based on 200mm and can be increased arbitrarily based on the height of 100mm.

  • The busbar system of this device can be three-phase four-wire system or three-phase five-wire system respectively. L1, L2 and L3 three-phase are installed on the top of the cabinet, and the N line and PE line are installed on the bottom of the cabinet.
  • The main busbar can be selected from single row or double row according to the size of the current. The busbar specifications we recommend are 8x 80 and 10x 100.
  • The PE busbar runs through the entire system and reliably contacts the cabinet to form a complete grounding protection system.

Product transportation and storage

★ The product is not allowed to tip over or suffer severe vibration.
★ When lifting the product after unpacking, the angle between the two steel wire ropes should be ≤120°. For example, using a forklift, roller or crowbar is not allowed to be carried out directly on the chassis of the product.
★ If the product needs to move a small distance when installed in place, you can pry it on the four corners of the chassis.
★ Do not disassemble electrical components and parts at will inside the product.
★ It should be protected from rain and moisture. The ambient temperature depends on the usage conditions.
